Hello, everyone! 

Just wanted to pop-up quickly to answer some repeating questions! I went through all the messages and replied to everyone, but it's still good to have these up here for everyone! 

Where do we redeem the tickets we collected for the freebies? 

The freebies will be added automatically to your package :D 

It depends on how many you collected and remember the prints and sticker sheets are randomly picked.

This also applies to the sticker milestone we unlocked! Just wait for the surprises in your package!  

Why am I unable to select the size and colour of the T-shirt add-on? 

There seems to be a problem with this product so far. :o I informed the support team about it and we'll get it fixed asap. For now, please let me know the size and colour you're trying to get and I will add the option AGAIN, that seems to fix it. Also, try to add it from Chrome or a desktop device instead of your phone. 

Does the Ita bag come with inserts? 

Each bag comes with one star insert and I recommend getting the insert bundle, it helps a lot. 

When will you get charged for the extra add-ons? 

August 16th!

For everyone messaging me about missing out on the LE pins they wanted, I am so sorry you did! but I want to keep them LE 15 since it makes it more special for those who did get them, BUT I am listening to your feedback and I decided to add more LE designs! Including the bearded Steve and Whitewolf Bucky. I know so many of you love them as much as I do and I am happy to feed your addiction as well as mine xD  

Also, I may be thinking of adding more designs for preorders via the survey, since we have one month before locking orders. What do you think? We could use more ladies xD

Hello, everyone! We did it. The kickstarter ended with a BANG! Thank you so much for joining and making it all possible. I can’t wait to deliver all the goodies and get your feedback.

What’s next:

1- Funds will transfer to my bank account in 14-20 days, so production will be arranged and started then. I did put some add-ons in production already, so I will have some pictures to share soon. ^^

2- There will be a monthly update featuring everything you may need to know, so make sure to check those. These updates will include the production progress and pictures of samples/goods.

3- Keep in mind that production and delivery of goods takes longer these days, due to the pandemic, so I can’t give an accurate estimate of delivery specially this early on. Your patient is really appreciated.

4- The surveys will be sent out in July! I need to wrap them up and send them to be reviewed by the BackerKit team. I will give you more details when they are ready to go. Probably in the next update.

5- Errored backers will have 5 more days to fix their payments. There are 16 marked on my list. The best way to fix your payment, is to contact your bank and let them know it’s a valid transaction or double check that you have enough funds on your card and try the payment again. If you still need help, please let me know.

Note: If you don’t get it fixed before the deadline, you will sadly be dropped. I will accept a PayPal payment, but you won’t have access to the BackerKit survey and it will just be a bigger hassle to get you sorted, specially if you want to add-on items. Hopefully, this doesn’t happen to any of you.

Valkyrie Design Reveal! + Bundles + Everything you need to know! (Please read)

Hello, everyone! 

We are on the final hours right now! Thank you so much for supporting this campaign! You helped me fund SO many designs and here's our final design which is already unlocked. She was the poll winner with over 56% of the votes! I hope you give her all the love! 

The logo behind her is the valkyrie tattoo with a little tweaking to match the design. She will be available in black and gold platting. She will have white screen print details for the face. 

BUNDLE DEALS: 

You guys deserve the best deals, so I added 4 bundles with increasing discounts. Please note that you will get to pick the designs you want for each item in the survey. You can see all the options on the campaign. 

The bundles will be available on the BackerKit Add-ons store, so feel free to add yours then if you prefer to be charged later, note, they will NEVER be available on my store as a bundle. This is exclusive for backers. 

More information: 

1- We unlocked ALL the plushie pins and board fillers, including the new additions, so feel free to add them to your pledge. Here's a closer look at all of them. 

2- I adjusted the milestones, so we might unlock the Stan-lee Sticker sooner! We are close! 

3- ALL backers are guaranteed to get the milestones we unlock and and at least one freebie! More tickets you collect, more freebies you'll get. Your tickets are calculated based on your FINAL pledge including the add-ons you may get on Backerkit. You can still aim for those 20 tickets after the campaign ends. 

4- You have 2 options when it comes to adjusting your pledge. 

• If you know what you want and you have the funds, you can adjust your pledge now before the campaign ends and you will be charged one time. Feel free to message me if you want me to check everything with you. 

• If you are still unsure of all the items you want or you're short on funds PLEASE use this option. As long as you are still a backer (Not dropped) you will have access to the BackerKit add-ons store. You may add all the items you still want then and you'll get charged LATE JULY. I know times are crazy now, so feel free to use this option. 

5- Tracked shipping will be available as an add-on on BackerKit. If your pledge is over 10 pins, I really recommend it. It will be hard for me to send replacements of that many pins.

6- Please keep sharing the campaign to help us finish strong and get to that 150 backers milestone! I am posting countdowns on Instagram. @_Tomina
